Call for Papers
Participants are invited to submit abstracts for poster / oral presentations during RAMCA-HKCCM International Conference 2010 on 4-6 September 2010. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Final Programme and Abstract Book.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 18 June 2010
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be submitted using the electronic Abstract Submission Form
on or before 18 June 2010.
- Organise the body of the abstract as follows :
- state the purpose of the study (preferably one sentence);
- describe the methods used;
- summarise the results;
- state the conclusions reached.
- Work in progress is also acceptable
- Abstracts should not exceed 350 words. Extra words would be edited without
further notice.
- Use standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full term the first time it appears. Use Arabic numerals to indicate numbers, except at the beginning of a sentence.
- The presenter must register for the Scientific Meeting.
- All future communications will normally be made by email. Please help ensure the accuracy of address provided and its capacity to receive incoming mails. Since there are occasions when emails may be blocked or filtered out, to ensure you receive all emails from the Secretariat, please put the email domain "RACMA-HKCCM@hkam.org.hk" on your "safe recipient" list.
- The abstract collection and acknowledgment will be managed through the online abstract management system. Therefore any late submissions and related correspondences beyond the pre-set deadlines cannot be automatically handled.
